0x4424 - ReportExcursion
Description
This message is used to provide the receiver with information on whether the vehicle is inside the safe operating zone and/or an exclusion zone. If the Query specifies a ZoneID, only that ExcursionRec will be returned. If a ZoneID of zero (0) is specified, a list containing all zones will be returned.
