0x0415 - SetVelocityCommand

Description

This message is used to command the linear velocity and rotational rate of the platform. The SetVelocityCommand provides the capability, by setting the appropriate command type in the message, to set the current velocity command, set the maximum allowed velocity values, set the minimum allowed velocity values and set the default velocity command.
