0x4C04 - ReportCommsLostStatus
Description
This message is used to report the current status of the comms-lost policy. Values are default (policy not specified by external client), set (policy is set but not engaged), active (policy has triggered and vehicle is executing said policy) and restored (the comms restored policy is active) .
